Candidate will need experience with Pega/Intalio/Savvion/iProcess or similar BPM Tools along with Java experience. This position is for a solution architect for the project having proven BPM experience as well as technical lead experience.

Sustain Leader to manage the TIBCO team
Needs to manage a 24 X 7 operation across the globe
Good Architectural understanding having managed complex scenarios.
Worked on Sustain and/or development activities before
Having a understanding of Pro-active maintenance
Minimum 10 Years of IT experience

Strong Java and Database Background

Participate in TIBCO practice activities for people care

 

Qualifications:

. Minimum 3+ years experience working on BPM projects.

. Minimum 5 years experience working on development or deployment components of large projects .

. Experience with the use of  Frameworks will also be an asset.

. Experience integrating BPM with Content Management systems will be an asset.

. Strong leadership and excellent people skills.

. Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate highly technical concepts to our Business partners.

. Solid decision-making, innovation and creativity in solving problems, resolving conflicting requests and meeting project requirements.

. Flexible and able to adapt to change easily.

. Proven track record with distributed application development / integration.

. Experienced in the use of SDLC and PMLC methodologies
