Leading Coffee Chain company is having an opening for Project Executive in Mumbai

Position: EXECUTIVE/SR. EXECUTIVE - PROJECTS

Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: Sr.Manager – Projects

JOB DESCRIPTION:

KRA:

1. Execution of site as per plan

2. Vendor Management

3. Efficient & timely coordinating with all departments for café opening

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

· Attention to Detail

· Project orientation

· Strong negotiation skills

· Ability to take corrective action at short notice

· Computer skills- windows, Photoshop, CAD etc

Experience: 1-3 years

Qualifications: B.Arch / B.Sc with knowledge of multimedia tools

Duties & Responsibilities:

v Project Management

· Overseeing project using planning , monitoring & controlling processes

· Ensure execution of work as per the policy standards

· Exercise judgment if task have to be broken down further.

· To ensure materialization as per drawing specifications

· Supervise new sites and convey feedback to superior

· Adhere to project plan given by Sr.Manager

v Vendor Management :

· Coordinating with vendors for selection of materials / delivery

· Coordinating with Landlords for infrastructural details / documentation

· Coordinate for vendor payment by collecting bills, Filing

· Timely coordination with operations, marketing, maintenance, MIS etc to ensure the café is equipped for opening
