Looking for Business Development Executive with experience in Real Estate field for a leading Coffee Chain company in Mumbai

Position: EXECUTIVE/SR. EXECUTIVE – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Location: Mumbai

JOB DESCRIPTION:

KRA:

1. Number of stores closed out as mentioned in duties and responsibilities below

2. Accurate & diligent reporting to reporting authority on weekly basis

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

· Knowledge of legal compliances

· Knowledge of current market rates

· Strong negotiation skills

Experience: 1-2 yrs of experience in Real Estate

Qualifications: Any graduate preferably B.Com

Duties & Responsibilities:

v Target Achievement:

· Identify sites for opening potential cafes

· Ensure timely site closures

· Divide targets strategically into standalone, Alliances and corporates / malls.

v Resource Utilization:

· Identify alternative methods of site selection i.e. online, liaison officers, freelancers etc.

v Site Closures:

· Acquire site plans / agreements from land owner for scrutiny

· Coordinate approval meeting of SSC from

v Liasoning

· With legal department for timely execution of agreements

· With finance for issues as per agreements negotiated

· With projects for possession, handover & completion of café within the pre op rent free period

v Reporting:

Ø Generating weekly reports on café status and new sites w.r.t:

· Sites approved by SSC

· Sites under negotiation

Ø Monthly report

· Trends in market

· Initiatives undertaken / strategic tie-ups

· Mall report status

Ø Market mapping every quarter

Cafes:

· Existing in the region

· Key target markets

Competitors Evaluation:

· Competitors expansion plans

· Rentals ; indicative rentals in various pockets of region

Record Keeping:

Ø Maintain a copy of all agreements

Ø Maintain records and follow up on sites under negotiation, sites handed over to Projects team, cafes due to open and records of all approved sites
