Need C#, VB.Net Developer - Immediate Opening

Location: SW Orlando, FL

Duration: 4 months

Pay Rate: $45 /hr

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

* Minimum 5 years object-oriented analysis, design and development experience

* Proven experience working with relational database (DB2 and/or SQL Server)

* Proven experience developing and supporting enterprise scale applications

* Demonstrated proficiency with C# and VB.Net

* Demonstrated strong organization skills with attention to detail

* Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills

* Demonstrated problem-solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills

* Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays

* LANSA and IBM AS400/iSeries/System I experience a plus.  

* Background in Visual Basic 6.0 development or conversion.

* Experience with Microsoft Office product integration
* Demonstrated experience with web services and Windows services

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

* Demonstrated experience with Microsoft's Enterprise Library

* Interoperability experience involving enterprise services and distributed technology components

* Ability to work independently and as an effective project team member

* Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and ensure effective resolution of tasks

* Proven self-starter with the ability to manage objectives in a fast paced work environment

* Ability to recognize and embrace change as the external environment and organization evolves

* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with business and technical disciplines

* Strong customer, quality and results orientation
