Desired Candidate Profile	Male candidate
	Should have sound technical knowledge and experience in manufacturing of automobile products (experience in automobile water pump industry will be preferred)
	Should be able to read and understand technical drawings thoroughly
	Good knowledge of English and Gujarati/Hindi- both written and spoken is must
Education	Atleast a Graduate. Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Automobile Engineering will be prefeered
Experience	Minimum 5 years in automobile/engineering industry on shop floor
	Experience in independently managing production unit will be added advantage
