Job Description :
Preparation of working drawings,
presentations, all the issues related to Auto Cad drawings on site
and also responsible for cross checking of issued drawings from
different agencies with an architectural point of view.
1. Knowledge of creating designs & plans, layouts, working drawings and managing resources to ensure execution of projects
2. Adept in comparing the concept design drawings with the design brief and developing the technical detail for the project with the project team. Coordinating with the other project team members to ensure that the project is constructed in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
3. Handling project activities involving working out various requirements with respect to utilities & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion.
4. Managing resources to perform engineering, scheduling & construction activities in cost effective manner.
5. Administering the construction of projects as per plans/drawings, budgets & time constrains.
6. Preparing master schedules for all projects including resource schedules, execution methodologies, milestones, Cash Flow projections and budgets.
