Urgent opening for the post of Sr.Executive-Sales HR at Mumbai

Key Accountabilities:
Staffing a) Ensure minimum 95% average monthly SM manning b) Activate ERS and ensure at least 50% hiring happens through ERS c) Ensure that atleast 15% hiring happens through jobsites (naukri.com) and inglifecareers.com Employee Engagement & Communication a) Hold regular communication meetings and ensure 100% coverage of locations in the assigned area every 3 months b) Speedy and fair redressal of all employee complaints and grievances c) Implement regional inititaives on employee engagement and communication Employee Productivity and Performance Enhancement a) Implement the new SM confirmation process. Minimum 50% SM confirmation in 6MoB review and total 80% confirmation within first 9 months of joining b) 100%Implementation of SM PIP as per process defined by HO c) Implement regional initiatives to enhance SM retention. Annualised SM attrition should not exceed 65% HR Process Compliance a) Ensure that complete joining kits reach HO within 10 days of joining b) Accurate reporting of employee /separation related data to HO within desired TAT c) Ensure that the Resignation letters/ NDFs are sent to HO on time d) Timely and correct reporting of LwD e) Timely issuance of absconding notices and termination intimation to HO f) MIS & reporting - Offer Generation tracker, Employee master/HO reports g) Ensure ZERO deviations on ING Life Way of recruitments h)Complaince to other HR process as informed from time to time Others c) Efficient administration of employee benefits (e.g. Mediclaim,etc) d) Drive local level HR interventions from time to time in discussion with the RHRM e) Statutory Compliance - Act as the first point of contact for all Statutory compliance related issues. Co-responsible for all notices received in the Region & their smooth closure.


Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:
Incumbent should be post graduate in HR from B-school # Needs to have hands on eperience on recruitment and HR operations. # age bracket (25-30yrs)only #Male candidate preferred
