=> POSITION SENIOR MANAGER (TECHNICAL)

=> REPORTING TO GROUP GM/MD

=> NET SAVINGS $1200-1500

=> RESIDENCE :-  MODERATELY FURNISHED RESIDENCE SUITABLE FOR BACHELOR ACCOMMODATION

=> PERMIT/VISA EXPENSES -  BORNE BY COMPANY

=> UTILITIES WATER/ELECTRICITY -  BORNE BY COMPANY

=> TO AND FRO AIR-TICKET EVERY TWO YEARS

 OUR REQUIREMENT :-

=> POSITION SENIOR MANAGER (TECHNICAL)

=> QUALIFICATION BACHELORS DEGREE PLUS DEGREE FROM CIPET IN PLASTIC PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY AND MACHINE MAINTENANCE

=> EXPERIENCE 10 YEARS IN PET PROCESSING FROM REPUTED COMPANY/COMPANIES

=> KNOWHOW OF P.E.T. INJECTION & BLOW MOULDING MACHINE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE

=> ADDITIONAL PROCESSING EXPERIENCE :- PROCESSING KNOWLEDGE OF PE & PP MATERIALS

MAINTENANCE MUST BE ABLE TO CARRY OUT PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE, HANDLE BREAK DOWNS, REPAIR BOTH INJECTION MOULDING AND STRETCH BLOW MOULDING MACHINES

=> PRODUCTION :- PRODUCTION PLANNING, TROUBLE SHOOTING, PREPARE BREAK DOWN ANALYSIS

=> MAINTENANCE OF ANCILLARY EQUIPMENTS KNOWLEDGE IN ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE OF HIGH PRESSURE COMPRESSORS, CHILLERS, COOLING TOWER, AUTO LOADER, DE-HUMIDIFIER, DRIERS ETC.

=> ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT KNOWLEDGE OF PNEUMATIC & HYDRAULIC VALVES AND CIRCUITS

=> MOULD MAINTENANCE OF MULTI CAVITIES HOT RUNNER PRE-FORMS AND CAP MOULDS

=> KNOWLEDGE OF PRE-FORM/BOTTLE TESTING SUCH AS I/V MEASUREMENT, AA TESTING, TORQUE TESTING
