  • Experience Level : 8+ years
  • Expert level knowledge of SCCM 2007
  • Prefer certifications in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, MDOP
  • Prepare design documents and presentations. Clearly describes the design, including rationale for decisions and implications of decisions
  • Knowledgeable in patching process with SCCM, Software Updates
  • Knowledgeable in Software Deployment using SCCM
  • Experienced using packaging tools like Install Shield, Admin Studio, ORCA
  • Knowledgeable in Desired Configuration Management (DCM)
  • Knowledgeable in Image Engineering and deployment using Microsoft tools
  • Knowledgeable in Application Virtualization And Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack
  • Knowledge of Monitoring tools such as MOM 2005 / SCOM
  • Working knowledge of network protocols and standards
  • Microsoft network troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff and end-users
  • Strong interpersonal skills and   Strong customer service orientation
