Skills Requirements

* Highly result-oriented
* Should be bold to take on challenges and aggressive goals
* Should have relevant work experience - finding right prospects and
selling software development services
* Profile with demonstrated initiative and sales performance
* Hands on experience on few of the following strategies of tapping
prospect clients - online networking, online resources, email and phone
marketing, Google Adsense, SEO, analyzing market trends and researching
on emerging opportunity areas
* Should have excellent communication skills and lot of confidence
in penetrating unknown areas.
* Relevant qualification, MBA preferred not mandatory.

Responsibilities

* Actively participate in developing and shaping marketing plans and
strategies, Define target market clearly
* Generate leads
* Effective following up with the potential customers
* Understand Smartsourcing expertise and services, analyze client
requirements and innovatively put pieces together to generate business
* Develop marketing collateral, presentations and proposals
* Constantly evaluate new avenues to boost business growth
* Most important, meet quarterly goals
