Leading FMCG company is looking for R&D Associate in Bangalore. Below are the details of the job.

Job Title: R&D Associate

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1 -3 years


Responsibilities

* Planning on projects with guidance from the respective scientists
* Conversion of project plans into plans of executable experiments, with guidance of respective scientists
* Continuous updating on literature, collation of master-files of literature and presentation of relevant new knowledge from contemporary literature
* Execution of experiments in the laboratory
* Recording of experiments, observations and relevant data in Laboratory Note Books
* Writing of Research Reports with inputs from respective scientists
* Maintenance of GHK and safety aspects of the laboratory
* Preparation of SOPs for running of equipments and instruments and adherence to them
* Presentation of experimental results in periodic reviews
* Initiatives on brainstorming for idea generation and teamwork for better productivity
* Execution of experiments
* Data analysis
* Literature search / networking with suppliers / academia
* JOINT RESPONSIBILITY WITH LINE MANAGER:-
* Design / planning of experiments
* Drawing inferences and planning course of future action.
* Presenting key results at appropriate forum (to R&D group / business colleagues)



(Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC and other standard analytical techniques. Experience with GC-MS, LC-MS is preferable. Should have a strong skill on test method development and validation.)


M Sc Analytical Chemistry/ Physical Chemistry but not from Analytical background or QC BACKGROUND should have done some Research project with minimum 1 1/2 Years.




Candidate must have undergone Research project.
