Leading stock broking company is looking to hire Branch In-charge at Rajkot. Details are as under. 

Role: Branch In-charge
Reports to: Relevant Area or Territory In-charge of Branch Network

Location: Rajkot
Education: Bachelors' degree. NCFM Cash and Derivatives Certifications.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience and 5 years of total experience.
Responsibilities:
Achievement of branch revenue targets in Equity, F&O, Commodity Derivatives, Currency Derivatives and Commodity Spot segments
Achievement of branch Advance Brokerage, Mutual Fund SIP, Mutual Fund Lumpsum, Fixed Income Products and Client Acquisition targets
Recruitment, training and motivation of staff members and Marketing Agents
Resolution of client queries
Planning and implementation of promotional activities
Maintenance and upkeep of branch office
Implementation of company policies, guidelines and value set
Dotted-line reporting of staff from other departments present in the branch i.e Client Acquisition, Mutual Fund, etc.
Keeping track of financial markets, stocks, news and economic developments
