Department: ACCOUNTS & FINANCE Position: FINANCE CONTROLLER Reporting to: GROUP GENERAL MANAGER Location: Kampala - UGANDA Roles andResponsibilities: The primary job responsibility of the FinanceController will be to manage entireaccounts of the Group Companies. Preparethe accounts to the finalisation. • Maintaining, Controlling and Supervising Books of Accounts on daily basis. Verification/scrutiny of entries andExamining the day today transactions of the company and ensuring the correctaccounting of the transactions. Monitorpostings of all day to daytransactions, by junior staff • Preparation of Daily MIS reports (Financials + Operations) • Preparation of Financial Statements of the group companiesboth monthly and annually. Closing of books, i.e., General ledgeranalysis; Preparation and posting of adjustment, rectification, allocation and closing entries etc. • Debtors & Creditors management/Control, Payment followup & collection
